- Account information: name, email, phone number, company details, and login credentials for recruiters and company administrators.
- Applicant information: resumes/CVs, contact details, application answers, AI screening call recordings and transcripts, and evaluation scores.
- LinkedIn integration data: when a recruiter connects their LinkedIn account, we receive your LinkedIn name, profile identifier and email (via LinkedIn's OpenID Connect), and — where authorised — the LinkedIn Company Pages you administer, solely to publish job posts on your behalf.
- Google Forms data: when a job is posted with an application form, we create a Google Form and Google Sheet via a Google service account to collect applicant resumes/links, and read responses back into the platform.
- Billing information: subscription plan, invoices, and payment status processed through our payment gateway (Cashfree). We do not store your card or bank details.
- Usage data: log files, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service, including job posting, applicant tracking, AI-powered resume screening and interview scheduling.
- To publish job advertisements to LinkedIn (personal profile or connected Company Page) on behalf of a recruiter who explicitly opts in when creating a job.
- To create application forms via Google Forms/Sheets and import applicant responses into the relevant job, tagged with source "LinkedIn" for recruiter review.
- To conduct AI-driven screening calls (via telephony, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers) and generate summaries/scores for recruiters.
- To process subscription payments, generate invoices, and manage account credits.
- To communicate with you about your account, job applications, interviews, and service updates.
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse of the Service.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following categories of third-party providers, only as necessary to deliver the Service:
- LinkedIn — to authenticate recruiters (OpenID Connect) and publish job posts to a personal profile or Company Page when a recruiter explicitly connects their account and opts in.
- Google (Forms, Sheets, Drive APIs) — to create and manage job application forms and read submitted responses.
- AI and communication providers (e.g. OpenAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Twilio) — to power AI screening calls, transcription and voice interactions.
- Cashfree — to process subscription payments securely.
- Email delivery providers (e.g. Resend) — to send transactional emails such as verification, interview invites and result notifications.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Applicants and companies may request deletion of their data at any time using the data deletion features in the platform or by contacting us.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud storage, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
