These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the WooHire recruitment platform (the "Service"), operated by iByte Infomatics ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
WooHire is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps companies post jobs, screen candidates using AI-driven calls, schedule interviews, and manage applicants. Optional features allow recruiters to publish job posts to LinkedIn (personal profile or a connected Company Page) together with an application form, and to import resulting applicants into the platform.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Company administrators are responsible for the recruiters they create and the permissions granted to them.
- You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep it up to date.
- You must have the right to upload, process and contact any applicant data you submit to the Service.
3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
- Access to certain features requires an active subscription plan and/or sufficient usage credits, as shown in your account dashboard.
- Payments are processed through our payment partner (Cashfree). Fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
- We may suspend access to paid features if payment is not completed or a subscription lapses.
4. LinkedIn & Google Integrations
- Connecting LinkedIn or Google to your account is optional and requires your explicit authorisation via OAuth.
- If you connect LinkedIn, job posts you choose to auto-publish ("Post to LinkedIn") will be shared to your personal profile, and — where a LinkedIn Company Page has been linked to your company — to that Company Page, using the wording generated by the platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of job content published to LinkedIn under your account.
- You can disconnect LinkedIn or Google integrations at any time from Company Settings; this stops future posting/form creation but does not retract content already published.
- Use of LinkedIn and Google services through the platform is also subject to LinkedIn's and Google's own terms of service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post job listings or content that are unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or that violate the rights of any third party.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
- Use applicant data for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment related to the job applied for.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of a company or its LinkedIn/Google accounts.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate job descriptions, screening questions, call summaries, and candidate scores. These outputs are provided as decision-support tools only. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and for all final hiring decisions.
7. Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy,
which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, design and branding are owned by iByte Infomatics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload (job descriptions, applicant data, etc.), and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iByte Infomatics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made using information or AI outputs provided by the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions (including data protection and limitation of liability) survive termination.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
